Vetrograph: Cheshire by Anne Clifton is a contemporary blown-glass vessel incorporating lampworked inclusions and an etched surface. Against an olive-green ground, cream and charcoal shapes intersect with turquoise lines and burgundy accents, forming an abstract composition that unfolds around the vessel. The matte finish lends the imagery a painterly quality, while the elongated body tapers to a narrow integral foot.
