Returns & Refunds

All artwork and artist-made objects purchased through STROBEL Gallery are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to feel confident in your acquisition and make every effort to help you find a work you will love. We are happy to provide additional photographs, dimensions, material and installation information, or answer any questions before purchase.

We take great care in coordinating the safe packing and shipment of each work. In the unlikely event that a work arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain all original packaging. We will work with you and the artist to determine whether the work can be professionally repaired or restored. If shipping damage cannot reasonably be repaired or restored, the purchase will be fully refunded.

Because many works are unique and made by hand, variations and characteristics inherent to the artist’s materials and process are not considered damage or defects.
